August was eventful for us.

By end of July we started the arrangements for our PreNup, everything are already arranged. We have reserved our venue, aligned the schedule with our suppliers and discuss our pegs.

Treasure Mountain was our venue para makuha yung sea of clouds. I also want a sunrise shoot as suggested by many. Nakapagreserve na kami saknila. May difficulty nga lang sa communication kasi madalang sila magreply.

Before mag end ng July, government declared na ECQ na ulit ang NCR. So we contacted our venue pero ang dalang talaga nila magreply. As per them, mahirap daw kasi signal. Hanggang sa me and Bri decided to change venue nalang kaysa mastress pa kami ng matindi sa pagkontak saknila. Luckily, they offered refund. Ang nakakaapgtaka lang, nung nagprocess ng refund, dun sila bumilis ng reply.

So the hunt for new venue begun. Ang dami ding place na kinonsider. Then we both agreed na sa Hillcreek Garden nalang sa Tagaytay. Para wala na ding out of town fee. And we decided to move our prenup shoot by September kasi patuloy paring tumataas ang cases ng COVID due to new variant called Delta.

Then my birthday came. My last birthday as a single lady huhu.

We also have processed nadin yung requirements na need ng simbahan.

I have requested a copy of our Birth Certificate and CENOMAR sa PSA via online which is very convenient. Then, si Bri naman nagasikaso sa Baptimal namin and Kumpil nya. Kasi sa Cavite ako bininyagan. Ako naman nagasikaso sa kumpil ko kasi sa Laguna naman yun.

Nung nakumpleto na namin, nagpasa na kami sa Lourdes. We were advice na ang seminar ay scheduled one month before the wedding unlike before na 3 months before ng wedding.

So ang schedule namin for Pre Cana ay sa November. Sadly sumakto sa date ng bday ni Papa. Pero wala naman kaming no choice kasi kaylangan yun.

After namin magpasa, naramdaman ko yung matinding effect ng COVID. Dahil ang Tagaytay ang sakop ng Cavite na under ng GCQ, pwede sila mag dine in. While samin na currently under MECQ, bawal mag dine in. So kahit gutom kna, sa sasakyan ka lang pwede kumain.

Nag Mahogany kami kasi miss ko na. And gutom na ko. Then after, nag chill muna kami near our events place. May nabasa din kasi akong kaylangan din ng couple na mag relax and mag pause sa preps and have a date. And it was indeed a breather.

We also have finally finalized our invitations and hopefully we’ll have our printed invitations by end of August.

Also, by August 30th will be the 100th day before our big day. 💕

So that’s our wedding preps progress report. Praying that we can push through with our prenup shoot next month.
